Place one pouch under your upper lip and leave it in place during use. Do not chew or swallow the pouch. Used pouches can be placed in the upper compartment of the puck for convenience, then disposed of.

Each pouch is designed to be enjoyed for a minimum of 15 minutes to allow the active ingredients and flavour to release gradually, and remove at any time depending on personal preference.

Focus Pouches have been carefully developed with ingredients selected for comfortable daily use and are completely nicotine-free. Some people may experience mild irritation, particularly when using them for the first time. If you notice any discomfort that persists, stop using the product.

Yes, our Focus Pouches can be used daily at a limit of 4 pouches per day.

We do not recommend our Focus Pouches for children, breastfeeding or pregnant women, or those sensitive to caffeine.

If you have a medical condition or are taking pharmaceutical drugs, consult your doctor before use.

Each pouch contains 50mg of natural caffeine, so four pouches provides 200mg of caffeine in total. For this reason, we recommend to not exceed 4 pouches per day. Always be mindful of your caffeine intake from other sources throughout the day.

No, Neutonic Focus Pouches do not contain nicotine.

Most people feel Focus Pouches working within minutes, with the effect building as the natural caffeine and nootropics kick in. As a rough guide:
10–15 minutes -> you start to feel more alert
20–30 minutes -> peak focus and concentration
Up to 45 minutes -> sustained, settled concentration

Everyone's a little different, so timings can vary with your caffeine sensitivity and diet.
