A human trial on caffeine consumers at different dosages 0, 12.5, 25, 50 and 100 mg of caffeine and its affect on cognitive performance.

The study shows after overnight caffeine abstinence, caffeine can significantly affect cognitive performance, mood and thirst at doses within and even lower than the range of amounts of caffeine contained in a single serving of popular caffeine-containing drinks.
