The ingredients. Alongside natural caffeine you get 500mg Cognizin citicoline, 400mg Rhodiola Rosea, 200mg Panax Ginseng, 400mg L-Theanine and eight B vitamins, with zero sugar. The caffeine and L-Theanine pairing is why there is no crash - alertness from the caffeine, calm focus from the theanine.

Yes, across every flavour. Sweetness comes from sucralose and acesulfame K rather than sugar, so the lift comes from caffeine and nootropics, not a sugar spike that fades into a slump.

One can a day. The benefits are seen with one serving daily and the dose should not be exceeded. The drink is not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone sensitive to caffeine.
