Social Media Manager



As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of the Neutonic Social Media accounts. 



  • Design and deliver creative social media strategies aligned with the brand activity, goals and TOV.
  • Work collaboratively with our Brand, Tech and Product teams to curate and implement social activations that align with key launches and promotional activity.
  • Curate an organic social media calendar and schedule content across all brand owned social channels including Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Brief, review and approve content delivered by in-house video editors and graphics designers to ensure content is delivered in-line with your vision and strategy for each social platform.
  • You will manage UGC and influencer campaigns across the brand’s social channels to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Oversee all community management across all platforms.
  • Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on a weekly and monthly basis.

Ideal Skills + Experience:

  • 3+ year's experience in managing social media channels, ideally a brand social channel.
  • A visionary who can enhance the brand’s social strategy, taking it to the next level.
  • A genuine obsession for all things productivity, personal development and being positive
  • Ability to keep projects moving and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Basic editing skills to be able to curate content using social media apps, canva, capcut or equivalent.
  • Copywriting skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful hook to using effective storytelling techniques
