Subscription Terms & Condition
Subscription Plans
Should you choose to subscribe to a product subscription plan, the subscription plan consists of an initial charge followed by recurring charges at the frequency as agreed to by you. By entering into a subscription plan, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment required by you and that you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.
Subscription Payments
We shall charge you periodically without further authorisation from you, until you proactively opt out of auto-renewal via the subscription portal here, by using the Cancel Subscription button.
The initial payment you make for your product subscription will be taken at the time of checkout. Subsequent payments will be determined by the date of your initial subscription order. For example, if your previous order was placed on 1st September and the subscription is set to a 1-month frequency, the next billing date will be 1st October.
Should your payment decline, your subscription order will not be shipped to you. Once the payment is made, your subscription will continue.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the subscription portal (here). Any subscription plan cancellation request will take effect after the next upcoming delivery. For example, if you raise a cancellation on 15th September and your next delivery is expected on 17th September 2020 you will receive your final delivery on 17th September and your subscription will be cancelled from that point in time.
Product Availability
All orders are subject to availability. If your subscription order is not available, we may cancel your order for that specific month and you will not be charged.
Amending or Pausing Your Order
You have the option to delay, cancel or skip an order, provided notice is given at least 5 days before your next billing date. You can also pause your subscription at any time, indefinitely.
Promotional Offers
Promotional offers may be available on our subscription including but not limited to subscribe and save discounts. Special offers will not apply on top of any subscribe and save discount, except where it is related to meeting a spend threshold. Any special offers will apply for your first subscription only, following subscriptions will be charged without discounts or promotions.
Shipping Subscription Products
The delivery options which you select for your first subscription order will apply for all subsequent subscription orders. Except that, if your initial order qualifies for promotional next day delivery, all recurring orders will only qualify for standard delivery.
Changing Your Subscription Products
Should you wish to change the product or flavour for which you are subscribed to, you can do so in the customer portal (here). Failing that, please contact our customer support who can help you do this directly.
We reserve the right at our absolute discretion not to renew your subscription at any time without giving any reasons for our decision.
Subscription Rewards Programme – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Neutonic Subscription Rewards Programme (“Programme”), available to customers who subscribe to Neutonic products through neutonic.com. By enrolling in the Programme, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Programme Eligibility
- The Programme is open to all customers with an active product subscription purchased via neutonic.com.
- Rewards are issued on a per-product basis. Subscribing to multiple products (even in the same order) triggers multiple reward tracks.
- If you pause your subscription, you will retain your reward progress.
- Neutonic reserves the right to disqualify any customer suspected of abuse or manipulation of the Programme (e.g., repeated cancellations and re-subscribing).

- First-order gifts are applied at checkout (Shopify cart level).
- Milestone gifts ship automatically with your regular subscription delivery once the milestone is reached.
- Upon reaching the 12th order milestone, your subscription will continue as normal, and the rewards cycle will restart. This means you’ll begin receiving rewards again starting from the order 1 gifts.
3. Gift Shipping & Availability
- Rewards ship alongside your qualifying subscription order.
- If a reward is out of stock, Neutonic may substitute it with an item of equal or greater value or issue store credit.
- Please report any missing gifts to support@neutonic.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Delivery delays or courier issues are not the responsibility of Neutonic.
4. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention
- Customers are eligible to only one free gift per product subscription per order.
- Neutonic may withhold rewards or cancel subscriptions for any suspected abuse.
5. Programme Changes
- Neutonic reserves the right to modify, pause, or end the Subscription Rewards Programme at any time.
- Reward availability and items are subject to change without notice, and may vary based on product availability.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
