UGC Content Manager

THE ROLE

 

As the UGC Content Manager your role will be to manage our UGC channels and our TikTok Shop. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute our UGC strategy for the brand
  • Work with our outreach team to get Neutonic in the hands of UGC creators 
  • Script reels that will deliver views with UGC creators
  • Manage the delivery of UGC content end-to-end for our own channels 
  • Seek out and agree with deals with creators, podcasts, and sponsorships to expand our brand
  • Review content submitted by creators, feedback, edit and deliver world-class content
  • Support on social media execution as a whole
  • Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on a weekly and monthly basis.

Ideal Skills + Experience:

  • 2+ year's experience in working with creators/influencers 
  • Understanding of short-form content and what works
  • Can demonstrate content you have created, and scripts you have written that worked
  • Detailed understanding of TikTok and familiarity with TikTok Shop
  • Basic editing skills to be able to curate content using social media apps, canva, capcut or equivalent.
  • Copywriting skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful hook to using effective storytelling techniques
